In a state of Bliss

I have SO much to tell you! The Bohemian Bliss event was amazing! I truly have a week's worth of posts to share. Here is one small taste. I am with my sweet friend Mary of Sweetpeas and Snapshots. Yes, we had ALOT of fun!


I should be packing but I am blogging. Does this sound familiar to anyone? :)
I leave tomorrow, bright and early, to go visit my grandmother. I posted a small sample of what I brought home last year and she has forewarned me to bring an empty suitcase this year.

Last year "Grandma Jingles" gave me a tiny triangular piece of embroidery on silk from the Victorian era. The stitching on the back was a beautiful as the front. I was told to "Do something with this."

So I thought for awhile and this is what I came up with:
