Color Palettes for a Fall Wedding

Fall is a beautiful time to get married. Planning a wedding for fall is a romantic, wonderful idea.

Whether you want your fall wedding to be formal, relaxed or somewhere in between, there are a great variety of possibilities available to you.

The overwhelming heat of summer is gone. The days take on a warm ambiance while the evenings carry just enough cool air for comfort. The leaves on the trees are changing into a remarkable display of colors. What a lovely, colorful blanket they create as they fall to the ground.

Fall weddings are more common than you might think. September is the most popular month for weddings, followed by October being the third most popular month and November ranks ninth in popularity.

You will not have a problem finding a beautiful color combination for your wedding. Some colors often used during this time are white, ivory, champagne, tan, beige, gold, different shades of brown, deep greens, burnt orange, rust red, deep red, burgundy, cranberry, wine, navy blue, eggplant purple, pewter, silver, pale yellow, pumpkin and orange.

Berry and plum seem to be the hot trend for this year. Believe it or not, purple is on the comeback. Shades of purples, berry and burgundy are all the rage for fall. The second trend has been chocolate and burnt orange.

I’m sure you will find something that appeals to you as you research the different array of colors that are available. Remember to be creative and different, yet stylish all at the same time.
