Inspired Designer: Carol Hannah

If you read my blog then you know that I love Carol Hannah, one of the finalists from Project Runway (which also happens to be one of my favorite shows).  So, I was visiting her etsy shop and saw that she has some amazing new dresses and gowns for sale!

Love this one!  With full skirt and ruffles of silk!
