Real Autumn Wedding: Angela & Colin

There definitely seems to be a trend connecting autumn, orange and dahlias - as I've seen a fair few weddings that used them last autumn. It's not surprising, as dahlias are just the most gorgeous flowers, jaunty and colourful, and available in every hue under the rainbow. Angela and Colin used them to fabulous effect on their big day, scattering petals over the buffet tables, and arranging them in simple blue jars (also hugely in fashion) and even as a motif on their invitations. Other wedding ideas to copy list are the individual picnic rugs (brilliant favours), the cute ring cushion and the two-tone stripes on the bridesmaid dress- so much more cheerful than a block colour!  Many thanks to Jessamyn Harris for her gorgeous pictures.

Real Colourful Quirky Wedding: Joycie & Steven

If you want a colourful big day, you're going to get tonnes of wedding ideas from this incredible affair. Joycie and Steven took over a whole street in their home town in California, and gave their guests access to an ice cream shop, an old dive bar and an awesome bowling alley. How cool is that for a series of venues! I'm loving how they kept the colour palette for their clothes muted, while going all-out for a riot of reds and blues in the accessories. Just check out those chequered table cloths, and the heart scattered cake {very Valentine's} and the exquisite red anemones. Most of all, check out the smiles - they clearly had a blast. Gorgeous pictures published with thanks to the teams at Our Labour of Love.

Real Winter Wedding: Gill & Ed

It doesn't get much cooler than a red wedding dress. If you're not the type of girl to rock it in white, then don't feel restricted by tradition - do whatever you want! Gill and Ed had an intimate winter wedding at the stunning Coombe Abbey Hotel in Coventry, which is filled with fabulous antiques. The whole feel of the wedding was one of cosy luxury, with a dollop of old-fashioned romance. My favourite details are the candle-lit wedding service, Gill's cute furry shrug and the heart-topped cupcakes with their laser-cut cases. Gorgeous pictures as ever, from the lovely Anushe Low.

Real Quirky Vintage Wedding: Jeanie & Mike

I absolutely L-O-V-E this wedding. It's got to be up there with one of my favourite weddings of all time - and believe me, as a wedding blogger, I see hundreds every week. It's packed full of wedding inspiration, and you're going to want to copy e-v-e-r-y detail. Jeanie and Mike celebrated their big day in their home country of South Africa in the spring-time, and I've fallen head-over-heels for their cute and quirky style. Just check out the bridesmaids' ribbon-rosette corsages, the boys' braces, the mossy hanging heart, the spotty napkin ribbons, the vintage book table-pieces and the geeky Bambi cake-toppers. And that's all before I've mentioned the amazing photo love-booth, complete with bunting, groovy fabric back-drop and moustaches. It's a whole world of wedding ideas in one feature. Huge thanks to the team at We Love Pictures for their amazing photographs.

Real Pink & Peony Wedding: Sarah & Ben

Check out the colour at this wedding!  It takes some bravery to theme your big day around bright pink, but stunning couple, Sarah and Ben styled theirs brilliantly, and wow, don't the colours pop in Nikole Ramsay's fab photos. I get seriously emotional about peonies, so I'm adoring their addition to the cake and posies, and Sarah's Spanish style mantilla veil is perfection. You can buy a really similar one from Delphine Manivet.

Real Glamorous Wedding: Helen & Gregg

You're going to love these photographs from fantastic British photographer Mark Bothwell. Gorgeous couple Helen and Gregg hosted their big day at Gosfield Hall in Essex - such a stunning venue. I'm loving the lilac touches, personalised Love Hearts and twinkling chandeliers, but the best thing is how incredibly happy they both look! Some lovely wedding ideas for the man in your life - just check out how dapper Gregg looks in his top hat and tails.
