Real Rustic Wedding: Sarah & Jason

Outdoor weddings are right up my street. I'm planning my own garden big day, so any wedding inspiration on how to embrace the great outdoors, gets a huge tick in my book. Sarah and Jason chose a rustic vintage look for their day, with accents of blue and green. Wedding ideas to steal include the raw birch centrepieces, Sarah's amazing floral crown, the lavender and organic honey favours, and the wooden boxes of flowers - rustic bliss! I'm also loving the blackboard menu and the ceremonial circle of white petals. Sarah's gorgeous wedding gown was designed by Amy Michelson, and all the bridesmaids' shawls were bought from Etsy - my favourite wedding shopping site. Now, sit back and enjoy these heavenly pictures from the team at Simply Bloom Photography.

Real Wedding: Rachel & Phillip

Designing your wedding invitations is probably the easiest way to personalise your wedding. If you've got a printer and a plan, you can make stunning stationery without too much effort. And as long as you practice first on cheaper paper, it can work out as a penny-saver as well. Rachel is one bride who did just that, and every paper detail for her wedding is ah-mazing. Check out the baker's twine, monogram wax seal and calligraphy-addressed envelopes for starters. But there's much, much more. Rachel and Philip combined modern and rustic with some serious flair, so it's worth noting the bunting, jute tablecloths, screen-printed handkerchief favours and the mini hangover kits for the morning after. Stunning pics as ever from the lovely team at Simply Bloom Photography, and don't miss Rachel's own website for more stationery ideas.

Real Wedding: Lia & Rob

When you close your eyes and imagine your perfect wedding, I reckon it probably looks a bit like this one. It's a gorgeous destination wedding in Italy, set at the fabulous Vignamaggio Villa in Chianti, deep in the stunning Tuscan landscape. The views included cypress trees, perfect vineyards, ancient statues and, of course, a beautiful bride. In short, a photographers dream! The venue was surrounded by tailored hedges, like a secret garden, and embellished with thick wreaths of lemon leaves and fruits, providing a delicious scent. The reception took place under olive trees, garnished with chandeliers which softly swayed in the branches. I'm seriously loving Lia's gorgeous dress, and all the clever details, including hand-picked vintage plates, the DIY fabric menus and wedding vows (made out of hahnemuhle paper torn at the edges, rose ribbon, gold leaf, and vintage lace). She also kept the memory of her grandparents alive, thanks to a locket hung on her bouquet. It's just the best wedding ever! Gorgeous photographs published with thanks to the Simply Bloom.
